Elie
A private operations application for a home services business.
Elie consolidates accounting and field-service records from the systems an operating company already runs — its accounting ledger, its dispatch and job data, its advertising spend — into a single warehouse, so the people running the business are reading one set of numbers rather than reconciling several by hand.
Elie is operated by Elite Management, Inc. It is used internally by that organization and its affiliated operating entities.
Elie is not a public product. It is not offered for sale, sign-up, or subscription, and it does not accept connections from organizations outside the one that operates it. There is nothing to register for on this site.
Connected systems
Elie reads from the business systems the organization already uses. Access is read-only in every case: Elie retrieves records and writes nothing back.
QuickBooks Online
Elie connects to the organization's QuickBooks Online company files to retrieve financial reports — general ledger, profit and loss on both accrual and cash basis, balance sheet, and trial balance — for internal accounting and reconciliation. It does not create, modify, or delete any record in QuickBooks.
Each company file is connected individually and can be disconnected at any time from within QuickBooks Online. See Disconnecting for what happens when a connection ends, and Connect or reconnect if an existing connection needs to be re-established.
